Beautiful Poem:
Morning's Soft Embrace
The light arrives, a gentle hue,
On waking world, so fresh and new.
It slips between the window blinds,
To stir the senses, clear the minds.
The air is crisp, a sweet perfume,
Dispelling shadows, chasing gloom.
A quiet peace, a brand new slate,
A moment kind, a hopeful state.
So rise and meet the coming day,
And let your spirit lead the way.
With open heart and purpose clear,
Find strength to face what's drawing near.
Short Moral Story:
The Four Smart Students
Four college students were having a great time partying all night before their big final exam. In the morning, they were not in a state to write the exam. They thought of a clever plan. They went to the professor and told him that they had been on a trip and on their way back, their car's tire went flat, and they didn't have a spare. Because of this, they were late and unable to write the exam.
The professor listened to them patiently and told them they could have a make-up exam in three days. They all agreed, thanked him, and went back to prepare.
When the day of the make-up exam arrived, the professor put all four of them in separate rooms. The exam paper had only two questions. The first question was: "For 1 mark, write your name." They all wrote their names quickly. The second question, worth 99 marks, was: "Which tire went flat?"
The students looked at each other's papers through the glass window, but since they were in separate rooms, they couldn't see what the others were writing. Each one had to rely on their own version of the lie, which was bound to be different. They were caught.
Moral of the story: Honesty is the best policy. Lies can never be maintained for long.
